Employees can record attendance using face, fingerprint, RFID card or password verification. Multiple verification options provide flexibility for different workplace requirements and help businesses maintain more reliable attendance records.
User and Attendance Capacity
The ZKTeco MB20 supports up to 1,000 users, 200 face templates, 500 fingerprint templates and 1,000 RFID cards. It can store up to 50,000 attendance records, making it suitable for everyday employee attendance management.
TCP/IP and USB Connectivity
The device supports TCP/IP network connectivity for communication with compatible attendance software. Attendance data can also be transferred through a USB flash drive when a network connection is unavailable. Wi-Fi is available only on supported optional variants.
Access Control Support
In addition to time attendance management, the MB20 provides an access control relay for operating one compatible electric lock. It also supports a door sensor and exit button, allowing the terminal to be used as part of a basic access control setup.
Clear Colour Display and Fast Identification
A 2.8-inch colour LCD provides a clear interface for user enrolment, attendance verification and device settings. The terminal is designed to identify registered users quickly, helping reduce queues during staff arrival and departure times.
