1. Which security and networking services do you provide?
We provide CCTV equipment and installation, biometric attendance and access control, computer networking, fire alarm systems, electric fencing, telephone exchange systems, walkthrough gates, boom barriers and gate automation for homes and businesses in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
2. How does the CCTV installation process work?
We first discuss your requirements and review the site when needed. We then recommend suitable equipment and provide a quotation showing the included items and installation scope. After approval, the system is installed, configured and demonstrated at handover. Electrical work and any additional items are charged separately unless they are specifically included in the quotation.
3. Can I view CCTV cameras remotely on my phone?
Compatible CCTV systems can be configured for remote viewing on a smartphone when a stable internet connection and the supported mobile application are available. We can configure the connection and explain live view and playback during handover.
4. What support is available after installation?
After installation, troubleshooting and service support are available when required. Product warranty claims follow the applicable brand or service-centre terms. Service visits, replacement parts and work outside the original installation scope may be chargeable after confirmation.
5. Can the system be expanded later?
Yes, many systems can be planned for future expansion. Where expansion is expected, we consider DVR or NVR channels, storage, PoE capacity, cabling and equipment compatibility before recommending a configuration. The available upgrade options and cost depend on the selected models and existing installation.
