Telephone Exchange & IP PBX Installation in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

CCTV Club provides telephone exchange system installation in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for offices and other business premises. The system is planned according to the required number of extensions, external telephone lines or SIP trunks, departments, reception call flow, existing cabling and future expansion requirements.

Business Telephone Exchange Solutions

A telephone exchange allows a business to connect internal extensions and manage incoming and outgoing calls through a central system. Calls can be transferred between departments without requiring a separate external line for every user.

The appropriate solution depends on the size of the organization, number of employees, existing telephone infrastructure, internet and network availability, required call-handling features and expected future growth.

IP PBX and Analogue PABX Options

IP PBX systems use a data network and compatible SIP endpoints to manage business communications. Depending on the selected equipment, an IP PBX can support IP phones, softphones, internal extensions, SIP trunks and advanced call-routing features.

Analogue PABX systems can be suitable where compatible analogue telephones, traditional telephone lines or existing telephone cabling need to be used. A hybrid solution may also be considered when the selected equipment supports both IP and analogue connectivity.

The final system type is recommended only after reviewing the existing setup and customer requirements.

Available Features

Depending on the selected PBX model and approved configuration, the system may include:

• Internal extension calling
• Incoming and outgoing call routing
• Call transfer and call forwarding
• Receptionist and operator extensions
• Ring groups and department-based routing
• IVR or auto-attendant menus
• Call queues
• Voicemail
• Call-detail records
• Call recording where supported and required
• Office-hours and after-hours call routing
• SIP trunk and compatible analogue-line connectivity
• Compatible IP phones, analogue phones or softphone applications

Only the features written in the approved quotation are included. Feature availability depends on the selected PBX, telephone endpoints, service provider and network configuration.

Site Assessment and Installation Process

  1. Requirement review: We confirm the number of users, departments, extensions, external lines, reception requirements and desired call flow.
  2. Existing system inspection: Available telephone lines, handsets, cabling, network switches, internet connection and power arrangements are reviewed where applicable.
  3. System recommendation: A suitable IP PBX, analogue PABX or compatible solution is proposed according to the confirmed requirements.
  4. Written quotation: The proposed equipment, quantities, installation work, configuration scope and exclusions are listed clearly.
  5. Installation and configuration: Approved equipment is installed and the extensions, incoming routes, outgoing routes and selected call features are configured.
  6. Testing and handover: Internal and external calling is tested according to the available lines or trunks, and basic operating guidance is provided to the nominated user.

Equipment and Installation Scope

The quotation confirms the exact PBX brand and model, supported capacity, telephone sets, gateways, network equipment, cabling, accessories and configuration work included in the project.

Where suitable and available, Grandstream IP PBX equipment and compatible SIP endpoints may be proposed. The exact model and supported features are confirmed in writing before installation.

Internet service, SIP-trunk subscriptions, telecom-provider charges, civil work, electrical work, additional network points and items not listed in the quotation are not included. Any additional work is discussed and approved separately.

Existing System Support

CCTV Club can inspect an existing telephone exchange, diagnose visible configuration or connectivity problems and provide a separate quotation for reconfiguration, extension changes or replacement equipment.

Compatibility with old telephone sets, cards, gateways, cabling and external lines must be checked before any upgrade or expansion is confirmed.
